The exterior walls are built of bricks, 25 cm wide, with Ceresit insulation from Henkel Germany, and a silicon plaster. The interior walls are built of bricks, 12 cm wide, with a lime plaster and gypsum ground coat. The floorings represent:
- parquet floors for the living and sleeping rooms, and the gym;
- granite tiles for the stairs, the sanitary assemblies, the bathrooms, the corridors, the cafe, the balconies, and the roof terrace.
Also, there is a lift in the building.
The exterior revetment for the ground floor and the window sills is made of the so-called Vratsa stones - colorful ceramic plates, which contribute to its emphatic architectural look. Five-chamber PVC was used for the joinery.
The roof is flat and is protected by Ceresit hydro- and heat insulation from Henkel, Germany and by granite tiles. The railings of the balconies and the terraces represent metal traceries painted with the so-called dusting technique.
In order to create cozy habitation and to preserve the contact with the green system around, the project envisages flour pots not higher than 30 cm with year-long green plantation on some parts of the terraces of the fifth floor and the roof. The stage of completeness of the offered apartments for sale is a turn-key and fully furnished construction. Maintenance will be provided for 8 euros per sq.m paid annually.
