Modern Life in the building
The white star apartment house is a compact three-storey residential building of contemporary design, east west oriented. The built up area is 1230 sq. m and the total built up area is 5230 sq. m. This is a solid construction of brick-and-concrete supporting walls, inside plasterboard partition walls, windows of PVC frames and double glazing. The quality double glazing and high class heat insulation provide for both comfort and energy efficiency of the homes. The building hosts 62 apartments, 16 apartments on each floor, out of which 6 are three-room apartments and 10 are double-room homes.
