The resort complex Kamen Bryag is situated at the seashore of the village of Kamen Bryag. The village is one of the few virgin corners left at the Bulgarian Black sea seaside that combines crystal-clear waters, beautiful views and a magnificent variety of animal and plant species. The resort complex is located inside of a protected area, which is a part of the National Archeological Reserve Yailata.

The resort complex “Kamen Bryag” is of a closed type, allocated on a 3 500 m2 of land.
It is located at 200 meters from the sea on the first line in the village. It is oriented to the South and East along side the seacoast. The total number of the houses is 14 (6 double and 2 single) with a floorage of 116 to 220 m2. The build up is planned in such way as to ensure an optimal inner space. The living premises have great views to the sea and the houses do not overlap and do not cast shadows over one another.

An all-year-round and complete maintenance of the complex is provided: maintain of the green space, cleaning of the pool, the barbeque, the sauna, etc. A staff is hired for the maintenance of the plumbing system, the draining system, the electricity, the lights, etc.
Upon owners request – the maintenance of the houses could be provided for.
Upon each owner’s request their house could be rented out when not in use
