Stefanovo is a village  in northeastern Bulgaria. It is ideally located in Dobrich municipality, Dobrich district . It is situated on a main road 4 miles away from Dobrich; 17 miles from the following beach resorts of Albena ; 20 miles from Golden Sands; 31 miles from Varna . It is in a quiet but lively area with everything needed for living all year around. 
Stefanovo is one of the biggest (population around 1000 people) and oldest villages in Bulgaria with its own traditions and celebrations. The feast of the village is on June 3 each year when the square in front of the Town Hall that day the locals assemble to celebrate with orchestras, many stalls and a small fun-fair. It is known to EU people as there are already settled English people in the village and also properties bought by Dutch and other EU nationals interested in a holiday home, it is ideal as a retirement place or safe and close to Nature enviroment for upbringing families.
